In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
Important: We Do Not Host Video Content
test is a streaming index and discovery platform. We do not host, upload, store, or control any video files on our servers. All media content displayed on this site is embedded from independent third-party streaming providers via publicly accessible iFrame embeds. We have no ability to remove content from those external servers.
If you believe content hosted on a third-party server infringes your copyright, you should submit your takedown notice directly to that hosting provider. We are happy to remove the embed link from our index upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To notify us of alleged copyright infringement, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material on movie.apijav.com that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g., the full URL of the page).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

We will review all valid notices and remove or disable access to infringing embed links within a reasonable timeframe. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the email address above. Counter-notifications must comply with Section 512(g)(3) of the DMCA.
